Loving Yourself Daily Action Plan
I was thinking how can I help my clients by supporting them in eating healthy. I created the following "Loving Yourself Daily Action Plan" which they could use daily to help them take care of themselves. I would love to share the following plan with you.

Triggers: (eg. stress, argued with your spouse, overwhelmed, unhappy, bored, etc.)
Support System: (Who are you going to contact today for support?)
Mini-Vacation:
(What are you going to do nice for yourself today for at least 10 minutes?)
Accomplishments and Lessons learned from the previous day.

Helen,
This is a good visual tool for your clients. One suggestion would be to add and document "eating triggers". I think it would be important for someone who's goal is to modify their eating habits to understand what triggers set them off of their path, e.g. stress, arguing with spouse, boerdom, etc.
